Last month the Savage online shop went live at puresavage.co.za and we have spent the month adding awesome brands that we use and trust. There was a growing demand from within and outside of the savage teams for our gear and most loved brands. The shop was a natural progression to answer this need and manage the ordering processes of an ever growing demand. We strive to offer our teammates and fans only the best products related to cycling and cycling culture.
We have our stunning threads from Ciovita on the store and in stock in both ladies and mens sizes with a 2 day turn around time for the shirts and bibs. We have an order open at the moment for the gillet, arm warmers, peaks and under vests that will arrive before the Cycle Tour. You can check out the size chart here. As we all know socks maketh the kit, so we have Versus on board as well with socks that match the kit, black and blue, we also sell the kids range, because my kids keep stealing mine!
We are excited to partner with Cadence Nutrition as a team as so many of our riders have been using their products in the past. The team has been stocked with Nurtition for the DC and now all have matching bidon’s! Personally have really enjoyed the Carbofuel the most as it was the first drink that did not taste overly sweet and the flavouring was not over powering. The bars are also a hit as they don’t cause your mouth to resemble the karoo in the middle of summer when you eat them in the middle of race. Our site is fully stocked with the Cadence range and we are really looking forward to our partnership with this great South African brand.
With all the coffee stops the team makes at Bootlegger it only makes sense to stock them in our shop, pick up the beans, ground coffee, pods or our favourite the chocolate coated coffee beans. We were told the banana bread does not store well unfortunately so will still have to pop down to Kalk Bay for that!
The Savage beer gear is also still available on our store but in limited quantities. Normally racing teams have podium wear, but seeing as we enjoy a little too much hammer at the wrong times in races we are not often on the podium so felt it best we name it beer gear. We have stock in both the ladies and mens shirts still. There are also license disk stickers in different styles as well!
